Ingredients

  • 3 pounds sweet potato peeled and sliced 1/4" half moons
  • 2 pounds Granny Smith apples cored and sliced 1/4" thick
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 ounce corn starch
  • 1 pound fresh cranberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Peel sweet potatoes and cut into half moons. ¼ inch thick. Core and slice apples ¼ inch thick.

  3. Spray a 9x13 baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. Pour potatoes and apples into pan, cover with tin foil. Bake at 350 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
